1950’s menu, this is awesome

If any of you have doubt about what we kids paid for a coke and a sandwich at Woolworths in the 1950’s, here’s proof of the era we lived……..and it was a GREAT ERA to live as a teenager !!!!

    I remember as a child of the 70’s (in the UK) being able to go get a ten pence bag of sweets, candies as you know them, and the bag would be a good half pound. Nowadays you can’t even get a mini bar of anything for that money… c’est la vie.
